We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Agriculture Lecturer to join our growing team at Kingston Mauward Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of farmers while contributing to the continued development of our dynamic agricultural provision.
About the Role:
You will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of agriculture programmes, supporting learners at various levels. The role includes both classroom-based and practical teaching, making full use of our extensive on-site facilities.
Kingston Maurward’s Agriculture department is based on a 280-hectare commercially run mixed farm, featuring dairy and sheep enterprises, arable land, grazing systems, and parkland. This provides a rich environment for embedding practical learning into the curriculum.
This role will focus on delivering Health & Safety and UK Farm business management to a range of learners.
An additional skills allowance may be offered on top of the basic salary for the successful candidate, depending on their experience and expertise.
