Previous experience in Healthcare Recruitment is preferred but not essential.
The Role
Candidate Resourcer
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
- Basic Salary; £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (Salary is negotiable dependent on experience) Pro Rata
- 20hrs per week
- 28 Days Annual Leave, plus All Bank Holidays (Total of 36 days) pro rata
- An extra 2 days Holiday after 5 years continuous service
- Promotion opportunity to Recruitment Consultant if you would like to progress (or fine to stay as Resourcer)

Job Description
- Responsible for identifying and securing a new candidate pipeline whilst managing individuals through the compliance process within the Elderly, Nursing, Learning Disability and Mental Health sectors.
- Ensuring that all training and compliance documentation is tracked and kept up-to date in line with best practice guidelines and government legislation.
- Engaging with candidates to ensure they feel valued before and after onboarding.
- Providing essential cover and assistance (where required) to fill bookings and liaise with clients
- Attending client meetings to discuss and understand their recruitment needs.
- Assisting with staff supervisions and appraisals.
- Act as the escalation point for all candidate queries and payroll issues, ensuring candidates receive the highest levels of customer service and the company's brand is maintained at all times.
- Working towards reaching your own indivuidual recruitment KPI's to support the company to acheive it's own financial targets.
- Assisting HR & Admin with Ad-hoc basic tasks.
- Ongoing supervision and engagement of candidate database.
- Creating strategies to increase the number of candidate sign offs in hard-to-reach areas.
- Collaborating with marketing and branch teams to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Any other reasonable activities required in the delivery of the role.
Ideal Candidate
Recruitment experience, preferably within the Healthcare space
- Previous Recruitment experience, preferably within the Healthcare space OR;
- Experience of working within the care industry, preferably for an agency as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
- Resilient and a can-do attitude
- Full Driving License and access to own vehicle is (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional Phone manner and clear communication skills
- An individual who is looking to progress and have a long career in a thriving industry
- Efficient & Organised and can manage own workload
