You'll support students with learning/emotional difficulties, helping them thrive in 1-2-1 or group sessions and to become more independent. In return, you’ll get 41 days’ paid leave and an extra 18% of salary paid into your pension. Yes, really!
You’ll need a positive, patient, and caring approach, along with a genuine desire to empower and support young people to succeed. Ideally, you will have some experience supporting young people, including those with autism, learning needs, or social and emotional challenges, although this is not essential. You must also be happy to work within trades and vocational studies.
Our roles are term-time only, meaning you’re guaranteed the school holidays off every year. Our contracts range from 15 – 25 hours per week.
