We are looking to recruit a skilled labourer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
5yrs experience on site assisting with groundworks, brickworks, steelwork, carpentry, plastering, roofing and site cleaning on small and large domestic extensions and new builds.
Be presentable, Responsible and Reliable as well as being self motivated. We are a small team and don’t have time to babysit guys.
A clean and valid UK Driving Licence held for at least 3yrs and be able to get to our Yard or site in the morning. Often you will be required to travel between sites during the day, carrying out material and tool drop offs.
Having your own tools and van would be advantageous. Use of company van can be provided for use in the working day.
We cannot accept people who can only ride a moped/motor bike.
On the job training will be given.
Willing to work hard.
Site hours our 7.30-4pm Monday-Friday.
Further training and opportunity for the right individual.
Immediate Start. CIS details will be needed for tax deduction via self employment. PAYE opportunity available to right candidate.
