This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
- To work in the warehouse when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Part time hours working flexibly between Monday-Saturday.
