We are currently recruiting for 4 Electrical / Mechanical Engineers to join a leading manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer looking for a permanent role with excellent earning potential, training and long-term career development.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating 3-shift pattern
- 6:00am - 2:30pm
- 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- 10:00pm - 6:30am
- Regular overtime available
The Role:
As an Electrical / Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining plant and equipment across the site.
Duties include:
- Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical project work
- Equipment installations
- Fault finding and repairs
- Working closely within a maintenance engineering team
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry environments is advantageous
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach to maintenance activities
- Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
