Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants who have a full UK driving licence and use of their own car to provide exceptional in-home support to customers with diverse needs. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence within their homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caregiving, to those requiring personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning or specialised care such as individuals with disabilities, dementia or Alzheimer's. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English both written and verbal. Experience is not essential as full training is given but would be an advantage. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in customers’ lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when required.
- Follow care plans accurately to ensure personalized service delivery.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients and their families.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Document care activities accurately using IT systems.
- Promote independence and well-being of clients through empathetic engagement.
- Requirements
- Valid full UK driving license and clean driving record.
- Use of own car with valid insurance for Class 1 business use.
- Previous experience in home care or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Compassionate attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs.
Working Hours
- Shifts are 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm
- Must be available to work alternate weekends and 2 evenings per week

Pay: £10.00-£13.20 per hour
