Clear & Clean is an established company based in Rushden but we work in different locations the areas we cover are in Peterborough,Banbury, Northampton ,Milton Keynes, Ilford & Watford ,Transport will be provided but driving will be required.
The post holder will carry a high standard of cleaning to include but not limited to, hoovering communal hallways, mopping, dusting, cleaning internal windows, cleaning on bin stores and reporting any defects within the property to the office.
We are looking for 1 Full Time communal cleaner to work in a small team,
The right candidate will need to be Energetic,
Be able to work alone, be pro-active.
Logical and forward thinking.
Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry.
Have self-motivation.
Have Good communication skills.
Take full responsibility for daily cleaning tasks
· Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
· Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
· Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
· Hoovering of carpeted areas
· The role will involve use of a back pack hoover the right candidate will need to be strong and active.
· Bin store cleaning will also be required.
· Full Clean Driving license required.
· Be confident in driving medium size van
· This position is for Monday to Friday some early starts required
excellent rates of pay £13 hour depending on experience, Training will be provied to the right candidate.
