Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

This Is A Field Sales Role
This is not a desk-based sales position.
You'll spend your time out in the field speaking directly with local businesses, building relationships and generating your own opportunities.
There are no warm leads passed across from the office. Success comes from your ability to identify opportunities, start conversations and win new customers.
What You'll Be Selling
Your primary focus will be selling commercial wheelie bin collection services to businesses.
Additional waste management services can also be introduced where appropriate, creating further earning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Prospecting for new business opportunities
✓ Visiting businesses and speaking with decision-makers
✓ Door knocking and generating your own leads
✓ Preparing and presenting quotations
✓ Following up opportunities and closing sales
✓ Managing your own sales pipeline
✓ Updating customer records using our CRM system
✓ Achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For
✓ Previous sales experience
✓ Confident and professional communicator
✓ Self-motivated and target-driven
✓ Strong relationship-building skills
✓ Full UK Driving Licence
