What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest like they’re your favourite regular
- Make locals feel seen, remembered, and genuinely welcome
- Pour pints so perfect they should come with applause
- Shake cocktails like you mean it
- Keep the bar spotless, smooth, and gloriously buzzing
- Read the room — from quiet locals to lively groups — and match the mood
- Back up your teammates like the place depends on it
- Handle orders and payments without breaking stride
- Spot little chances to make someone’s night
