Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-orientated surveyor to join our small, growing team. This post is a consultant position with a view to an associate director/employment in the near term, if the working relationship is good. Must be adept at liaising with customers and committed to high levels of customer service. Terms can be flexible – part-time hours/consultant – happy to discuss requirements.
The role would suit someone with experience in construction, defect analysis, surveying older properties, and prepurchase surveys (Level 2 and Level 3). Experience in expert witness work is advantageous. We are flexible with the desired professional background but would suit someone with a formal qualification or professional accreditation with CIOB, RICS, CABE etc.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to interpret data accurately.
We are a tech-forward company, and you would be trained to use drones. We have developed comprehensive report-writing software to mean you can spend more time focusing on surveying rather than report writing.
