The Role:
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing files while receiving support and guidance from experienced property professionals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions on sale purchase leasehold and freehold
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion independently
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation accurately and timely
- Conducting searches and progressing transactions efficiently
- Ensuring excellent client care throughout the process
- Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally over 12 months experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Ability to manage your own sales and purchases files with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and motivated approach to learning and development
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within Conveyancing
