Salary: £14.80-£15.30 per hour with on call enhanced payment of £210!
Drive to Success: Earn 45p per mile.
On-Call Perks: Additional pay for on-call of £210 (one in every four weeks).
- What You'll Do
As a Community Care Team Leader, you'll have a dynamic and rewarding role:
Supportive Backbone: Assist our management team in ensuring smooth operations.
Care with Compassion: Work on rota ensuring high standard of care is delivered. Step in to cover care calls as needed.
Office Guru: Handle basic admin tasks and support the team with Microsoft Word and basic Excel tasks.
Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks for carers to maintain high standards.
Assessment Expertise: Complete initial assessments and care reviews.
Communication Pro: Maintain excellent phone manners and liaise with healthcare professionals.
Team Player: Support and promote an open-door policy and ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual need and staff feel supported.
Development Hub: Lead supervisions and appraisals for carers, fostering growth.
Client-Centered: Provide top-notch care and support to our Service users.
