Chef Opportunity
We are an independent run country pub in an affluent rural area, well loved by locals and visitors for our warm atmosphere, quality drinks and relaxed dining. As we prepare for an exciting new chapter, we are looking for a talented chef with creativity, passion and ambition to take our food offering to the next level.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated chef who can assist the Chef de Cuisine alongside the Sous Chef to combine traditional pub classics with refined a la Carte dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who wants autonomy, the freedom to shape a kitchen from ground up and the chance put their own stamp on a growing business.
You will have creative control with the head chef over new development, sourcing and kitchen standards, working closely with owners who value innovation, creativity and exceptional quality.
