To join a leading manufacturer based in Cookstown as their new Production Supervisor on a day’s basis offering an excellent package & progression opportunities.
Leading a team of c30 including team leads you will be responsible for;
- Lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved
- Supervising and developing a team of machine operators across Laser, Press, Plasma, Cutting, and CNC operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high performance standards, and a positive team culture
- Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, and waste elimination initiatives
- Promote a strong health and safety culture
- Ensure compliance with all site rules, regulations, and company policies.
What we are looking for…
- Production Lead / Supervisor experience gained within a manufacturing or engineering sector
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of lean and continuous improvements
- Computer literate and experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
