About Strive Online
Strive Online is a fast-growing UK lead generation agency that helps tree surgeons, landscapers, roofers and other trades businesses generate exclusive inbound leads through Facebook advertising and AI-powered follow-up systems.
We currently work with 50+ clients across the UK and continue to grow every month.
We're now looking for a motivated Weekend Appointment Setter to join the team and help our clients convert inbound enquiries into booked quote appointments.
The Role
You'll be responsible for handling leads generated over the weekend and ensuring they are contacted quickly and booked into our clients' diaries.
These are warm inbound leads.
Every lead has already submitted their details and requested information.
This is not cold calling.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling and texting inbound leads on behalf of our clients
- Qualifying leads based on job type, homeowner status and project requirements
- Booking quote appointments into client calendars
- Following up with leads who don't answer initially
- Updating our CRM with notes and outcomes
- Communicating with the team via WhatsApp
Working Hours
This is a weekend-only position.
Expected availability:
Flexible hours throughout the day, provided leads are contacted promptly and appointments are booked efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Experience in appointment setting, sales or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Must be UK based
Compensation
- £200 per month base pay
- £4 per confirmed booked appointment
Typical earnings will vary depending on performance and workload, with additional earning potential as more client accounts are added.
