Job Description
HK hair and beauty salon is looking for a Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for color, styling, and cutting hair. We are a small salon with a small staff and we are looking for someone who is looking to grow with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create an array of cuts, styles, and color services.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain product knowledge and educate clients on products and ingredients.
- Develop professional relationships with clients.
- Develop clientele through referral based model.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred but not required. Hair cut experience is a plus!
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly manner while conveying information effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
