We are looking for a female personal assistant / carer to start as soon as possible. Full time at 7.5 shifts a month. And part time 4.5 shifts.
The client is a 35 year old woman who likes all things girly. She has full capacity and would like someone she shares things in common with and is of similar age. Her interests include make-up, nails, hair, fashion, shopping, festivals, beach days, meals out, cinema and days out! - if you share any of these interests that would be a bonus!
This job would suit someone without many commitments as they will need to be flexible to cover the sickness and holiday of other carers.
Job roles include:
- minimal personal care
- dog walking
- cleaning
- taking the client to appointments and days out
- making appointments
- medication prompting
- making the client meals
- general shopping for the client
- arranging days out
Applicants MUST have a car and a clean driving licence that can fit a electric wheelchair in when folded.
The shifts are 6pm to 6pm the following day, the shift pattern varies each week but the rota is done 2 months in advance. It also includes 1 weekend a month. There are 7.5 shifts a month available (minimum). Plus any sickness and holiday cover. And 4.5 for part time.
Carers sleep in a private bedroom during the night (from 11:30pm to 8am) but must wake if the client needs them during these hours.
