About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Interior Designer based in London to support a growing portfolio across Corporate Housing, Serviced Apartments, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Boutique Hospitality, and Premium Residential Refurbishments.
The role is highly hands-on and execution focused, combining interior design, procurement, refurbishment coordination, styling, and project monitoring.
This role is ideally suited to someone who understands hospitality-led living environments and can balance aesthetics, operational practicality, budget awareness, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern, hospitality-inspired interior concepts
- Create moodboards, layouts, and material palettes
- Specify furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, and accessories
- Support refurbishment and upgrade projects across London properties
- Improve layouts, storage, and usability of apartments
- Source furniture and materials locally within practical lead times
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and deliveries
- Visit London sites under refurbishment
- Conduct snagging and quality reviews
- Provide project status updates and reporting
- Ensure installations meet required standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in serviced apartments, BTR, boutique hotels, corporate housing, or premium residential interiors
- Strong understanding of hospitality-led interiors
- Experience managing projects from concept through execution
- Ability to coordinate suppliers and contractors independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- London-based with ability to travel across sites
Preferred Background
- Experience with refurbishment-heavy projects
- Strong sourcing knowledge across London vendors and suppliers
- Commercial understanding of rental or hospitality environments
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Suite / Canva
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic rendering tools preferred
