Job Title: Solar PV Contracts Manager
Location: Coventry, West Midlands (Hybrid Office/Site)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Solar PV Contracts Manager to lead solar projects across the West Midlands. Based in Coventry, this hybrid role combines office-based contract oversight with on-site leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of solar PV contracts, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to completion.
- Oversee and direct solar electrician teams, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations, including RAMS and industry standards.
- Coordinate material orders, ensuring timely delivery to sites.
- Monitor that all teams are where they need to be, doing what they should be doing.
- Oversee paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all projects.
- Bring strong technical knowledge of solar electrical systems, ensuring teams are delivering to top quality standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing solar PV projects and teams.
- Strong technical understanding of solar electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to balance office and on-site responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, RAMS, and industry standards.
- Ability to ensure projects stay on track and teams perform at a high level.

Experience:
