About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to join our friendly and dedicated team. Working within our intimate spa environment, which features three treatment rooms, you will provide a range of treatments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a variety of treatments, including Phytomer facial and body treatments, Kurland body treatments, massage therapies, waxing, and hand and foot treatments.
- Recommending and upselling treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care.
In addition to therapist duties, you will also support the team as a Spa Attendant. This involves welcoming and looking after guests throughout their spa visit, from check-in to check-out.
Spa Attendant responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Serving drinks and light refreshments
- Promoting spa treatments and services
- Ensuring guests enjoy a relaxing and memorable experience
- Maintaining high standards throughout the spa facility
This is a rewarding but physically demanding role that requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes regular weekend work and occasional evening shifts.
About You
You will:

- Be confident, friendly, and enjoy working with people
- Be a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Hold NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications
- Be confident in recommending and upselling treatments and products
