Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security
Oversee onshoreoffshore delivery models and third-party vendors
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support
Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices
Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers
Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans
Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans
Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics
