Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and other surfaces as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite and responsive to client needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Capability to drive may be required for positions that involve travelling between sites.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
