The Opportunity
This role is ideal for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
- Nannies
- Babysitters seeking regular work
- Teaching Assistants with EYFS experience
- Individuals with childcare experience looking to progress into a childminding role
- Candidates willing to undertake further training and professional development
Full support and training will be provided for the right candidate
Key Responsibility
- Support the safety, welfare, and development of children in our care
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities
- Assist with children's daily routines
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Support record keeping and childcare documentation
- Work independently and take responsibility when required
- Assist with school collections and outings where necessary
What we are looking for
Essential:

- Reliability and professionalism
Desirable:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a nursery, school, nanny, babysitting, or childcare setting
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Enhanced DBS Check
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: £24,420.00-£52,083.72 per year
