Automotive Paint Sprayer – Up to £58,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive Basic + Bonus (OTE up to £58,000)
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client – a well-established and highly regarded Accident Repair Centre / Bodyshop known for its quality workmanship and customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a professional and growing team where your talent will be recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, spray, and finish vehicles efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure accurate colour matching and flawless final finish
- Work confidently with water-based paint systems and mixing techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
- Work as part of a team delivering total customer satisfaction
- Follow all industry and manufacturer guidelines
Person Specification:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing or ATA Accredited
- Proven experience in a similar role within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
- Skilled in all aspects of paint preparation, application, and finishing
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering quality work with excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
