We are looking for a female support workers to join a reliable and flexible team of staff to assist and support a wheelchair dependent young lady in Liverpool (Postcode L1 5DL). The role would be suited to an academic student, for example students studying psychology for clinical experience, or someone who is passionate about caring for someone while supporting her independence.
You will be involved in supporting my client with her daily needs, attending her work office, hobbies and social activities, to enable her to live a fulfilling life. You will be required to accompany her on nights away when she is travelling.
Experience within a similar role would be valuable but is not essential, as all relevant training will be provided.
Support is required to cover the weekends both day and sleeping night shifts and consideration needs to be given to the Employer’s chosen social activities.
Full and part time applicants will be considered. Rate of pay variable depending on shift worked and a pension will be provided when applicable.
You will receive 5.6 weeks holiday; pro rota.
An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken and the cost will be met by the Employer.
