We're currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redruth that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and wants to become part of a school community where every member of staff is valued.

This role will involve working closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.
The Role
- Supporting pupils within the classroom to access learning
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
- Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance
- Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
- Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children
- Is patient, caring and approachable
- Can adapt their support to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is passionate about helping children succeed
- Brings enthusiasm and positivity to the classroom every day
Desirable Experience
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience within a primary school setting
- Experience supporting children with additional learning needs or SEN
