Shadi Salon is a luxury hair & beauty salon in Portman Square, Central London, looking for a friendly and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and delivering excellent customer service
- Managing appointments and bookings through Fresha
- Answering calls, messages and handling payments
- Supporting retail product sales
- Keeping reception clean, organised and running smoothly
- Assisting with basic social media posts when required

- Has previous salon reception experience
- Is well presented, organised and reliable
- Communicates confidently in English
- Works well in a busy team environment
