About The Role:
Synergize delivers responsive maintenance and project works across Ministry of Defence (MOD) housing estates throughout London, Kent, and the Home Counties. Maintaining high service standards across our contracts is a key priority, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Labourer to join our growing operation.
This role involves supporting roofing repairs and maintenance works within occupied MOD housing properties, working alongside experienced roofers as part of a responsive maintenance team.
Hours of work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key responsibilities:
· Assisting with roof repairs
· Supporting tile and slate replacement works
· Assisting with leak investigations
· Guttering and associated roofing works
· Loading, unloading, and handling materials
· General responsive maintenance support
· Maintaining safe and tidy working areas
About You:
· Previous experience working as a roofing labourer or roofing mate preferred
· Experience working within responsive maintenance or occupied properties advantageous
· Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
· Full UK driving licence preferred
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Experience working within social housing or maintenance contracts advantageous
