Main duties and responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & resolve incidents associated with multiple equipment & software; provide break/ fix support, advice, and assistance to authorised users.
- VPN Connectivity and Install Anti-virus.
- Coordinate related activities (remote & onsite).
- Windows 10 Deployment, Migration, Troubleshooting.
- Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and plan installations, de-installations, cascades, moves/ migrations, and add/changes for all EUC Equipment and Software.
- Monitor client satisfaction and Service Levels throughout the IMAC activity, following delivery at predetermined intervals and manage inventory.
- Providing IT and Desktop support as a level 1 & 2 technician.
- Understanding of LAN /WAN networks and basic troubleshooting
- Windows Server, Installation, and management.
- Active directory Understanding of TCP / IP Protocol.
- Understanding of PuTTY, Wireshark / AnyDesk, MS Teams and TeamViewer.
- This is a contract role, and you'll be requested to support on OnCall/Dispatch basis
