We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable journey for our guests — from the booking stage, through check-in, and throughout their stay. Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous reception or hospitality experience is desirable
- Experience with Guestline is preferred but not essential
- Good knowledge of the local area is a plus

7am - 3:30pm
2:30pm - 11pm
