Are you looking for a change? Freedom Care Herts is a small very personal care agency. We are looking for a HealthCare Assistant to join our wonderful team and provide support to our lovely clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, such as hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping and even trips out to local clubs / garden centres. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently alongside a great team.
This is for domiciliary care so you will require to be a driver and have a car.
£13.50-£15.00 per hour, Paid travel time and 40p per mile allowance
Bank Holidays paid at an enhanced rate.
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and be a driver with own car or use of car.
You will be enrolled in NEST pension and after probation period joined to BUPA healthcare. You will also be enrolled in a well being programme for all health advice and support.
Experience in domiciliary care would be beneficial but not essential as full training would be given. Followed by ongoing support.
