Amour Recruitment are pleased to recruiting for multiple skilled CNC Setters/Operators on behalf of client based in Havant.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following machine types:
- CNC Multi-axis Turning or Milling
- CNC Sliding Head
- CNC Twin Spindle Twin Head
Key Responsibilities
- Set, operate and adjust CNC machines for production runs
- Work across multi-axis, sliding head or twin spindle turning centres
- Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Perform tooling setup, offsets and minor program edits
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
- Background in turning, sliding head or multi-axis machining
- Experience with Citizen, Miyano or Traub machines (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong understanding of Fanuc or similar CNC controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
Hours: Flexible between 07:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
Pay: Up to £18 Hour Depending on Experience
