We’re expanding aggressively and looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional who wants to build long-term recurring income rather than earn a fixed wage.
The Opportunity
This is not a standard employed sales role.
We are looking for a proactive sales partner who can develop new business across factories, industrial estates, warehouses, workshops, business parks, care homes, hospitals, and commercial sites throughout the Midlands.
Your role will be to:
- Visit businesses face-to-face
- Introduce Midland Supplies Direct
- Open new customer accounts
- Build long-term relationships
- Generate repeat monthly business
- Grow your own portfolio of clients
This role is ideal for someone confident walking into businesses, speaking with decision makers, and spotting opportunities.
Commission Structure
This role is fully commission-based with uncapped earnings.
You will receive:
- 10% commission on every order placed by accounts you bring in
- Ongoing recurring commission on future orders from those accounts
- Unlimited earning potential
- Realistic six-figure opportunity for the right person
