Job Description – Mobile Cleaning Supervisor West Midlands
Genie Cleaning Services are looking to employ an enthusiastic Mobile Cleaner to be based throughout the West Midlands. There will be no more than an hours travel time to contracts.
Our head office is in Aldridge and we have contracts all over Birmingham and surrounding areas. We are in the process of a digital transformation aiming to reduce our use of paper. We are a friendly team who would welcome you on board.
In this role you will be required to:
- Manage equipment and stock levels and order any cleaning materials needed.
- Train and develop staff, monitoring all cleaning activities, focusing on standards of cleanliness and behaviour whilst on duty.
- Carry out electronic audits, ensuring all staff are aware of the health and safety policies and procedures.
- Have great communication skills and experience of managing a team in a cleaning environment.
- Oversee multiple project sites and their teams of cleaners ensuring a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas.
- Have a full UK driving license.
- Complete an enhanced DBS.

The role includes visits to various sites each day, providing different cleaning services. The sites visited may include schools, offices and commercial sites. The areas to be cleaned include meeting rooms, toilets and washrooms, kitchens and communal areas. You will be required to Supervise and clean.
You'll ensure all training and compliance is up to date and communicate with management daily.
The working hours are between 6am and 7.30pm. Split shifts will be required within those hours.
Hours: 30- 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £ 20,607.60 - £ 25,759.50
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.21 per hour
