Homes and Neighbourhoods manage over 21000 council homes and the associated tenancies. The Business Support team provides administrative support, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of back-office processes and administration duties. The service also deals with the coordination and collation of information for Disrepairs and Subject Access Requests.
The Business Support Officer is a key role within the team, enabling the delivery of a high-quality service. You will need excellent attention to detail to be able to update records, extract relevant information and ensure quality processing takes place.
If you have excellent IT skills and have previous experience with supporting meetings, post systems, and general admin tasks we want to hear from you.
