We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor & After School Club Leader to supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour and then run an exciting, feel-good after school provision where children can unwind, explore their interests, and end every school day smiling.
This role is perfect for someone who loves thinking outside the box, enjoys leading activities, and wants real ownership over a programme they can make their own. From arts and games to themed afternoons and creative challenges — you’ll be the spark that turns ordinary afternoons into unforgettable ones.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising pupils in dining halls, playgrounds, and classrooms during lunchtime.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and ensure school rules are followed.
- Assisting younger children with eating and table manners where needed.
- Designing and leading a fun, engaging after school programme
- Creating imaginative activities that reflect children’s interests and personalities
- Providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Taking pride in the smooth day-to-day running of the club
