Liberty Care is a Supported Living Company, providing support to individuals, to lead a valued and fulfilling life and to maximise the potential capacity of all individuals, physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.
We currently have a Full Time Days role to join an established team supporting a property with multiple occupancy service users.
Your role will include but not limited to
- Provide daily support to Service Users
- Follow care plans
- Contribute to the overall cleaning of Service Users flats
- Assist with Personal Care
- Compile detailed written daily records for each service user
- Administer medication in line with all policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with Liberty care Policies and Procedures
- Adhere to Social care Wales codes of conduct
What we are looking for
- Experience of working in a care setting or supporting family or friends.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
- Able to effectively communicate with both Service Users , colleagues and managers
- Be available for "On-Call" & "Standby"
- You will be required to have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service

Full Time Days Working Hours
Week 1 – 3 x 12 Hour Shifts
Week 2 – 4 x 12 Hour Shifts (includes weekend)
Hours of work will vary depending on needs of the service
0700-1900, 0800-2000, 0900-2100, 1000-2200
Due to the nature of our roles you will be required to undertake a robust onboarding process, that will include an enhanced DBS, referencing and Driving License checks.
If successful you will be expected to uphold safeguarding policies
