At Excell Supply, we are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teachers to work in secondary schools across Rhyl and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students with the world around them and deliver high-quality geography lessons in supportive school environments.
The Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and prepare creative and effective lessons
- Inspire students to develop an understanding of physical and human geography
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support the wider school community and departmental activities
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Geography within secondary schools
- Are passionate about education and student achievement
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Two recent references
As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children.
