Who are we looking for?
We want someone who isn’t afraid to be themselves! While a creative background is a huge plus, you don’t need formal experience in performing or care—just a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.
Your day might include:
- Bringing the Stage to Life: Hosting in-house shows, singing, and dancing (no professional training required—just passion!).
- Getting Creative: Leading painting sessions, crafting, and hands-on creative projects.
- Making Memories: Planning exciting trips out and about.
- Meaningful Moments: Providing quality 1-2-1 time for residents who prefer a quieter pace.
The Audition Process
Because we value performance and personality, we invite you to audition for the role!
Please come prepared with:
1. A song of your choice to show us your energy.
2. A two-minute monologue of your choice to showcase your storytelling.
Best of all, you’ll be performing for the people who matter most—some of our residents will be sitting in on the auditions to help us choose their newest team member!
