About Us
Seren Steps Care CIC is a not for profit therapeutic children's care provider. Every penny goes back into the young people we look after and the team who supports them. Our approach is built around the PACE model. Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy. Creating homes where children can feel settled, understood, and hopeful.
About the Role
Morgan's House is our first home. A therapeutic service in Deri for young people aged 10 to 18 with diverse needs, including trauma, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
We are building a reliable bank of experienced staff to support the home on a flexible basis. Bank work means no guaranteed hours. You pick up the shifts that suit you from a rota published in advance, covering staff leave, busy periods, and additional support needs. Because this is bank cover and we want to fill shifts as soon as possible, we need people who already have experience and can step in confidently from the start.
The Shifts Available

- Waking nights also available. Awake and on duty through the night, paid at your full hourly rate.
