Job Overview
To support ongoing growth plans, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented window cleaner to join our window cleaning division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the appearance of commercial properties throughout the North East.
This role would be working within our commercial window cleaning division which is one of the largest in the North East. Our window cleaning teams are divided by each location with multiple teams operating across various areas on a daily basis.
Duties
- Clean windows using Reach and Wash and Traditional Window Cleaning methods to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Perform window cleaning tasks on various types of commercial buildings.
- Safely operate ladders when required and other equipment necessary for high-level window cleaning.
- Inspect windows for damage or issues that may need further attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and any additional services that may be required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Good attitude towards work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Driving license preferred though not essential.
Monday - Friday 7.15am-4.15pm
Hourly rate - £13.50 per hour plus £80 monthly bonus (£14.00ph)
Optional weekend overtime opportunities at increased rates also available if desired.
