Warehouse Supervisor – Aylesbury
We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation in Aylesbury.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse operations
- Ensure efficient flow of goods, space and resources
- Support staff and maintain a positive working environment
- Complete operational check sheets and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met at all times
- Act as Fire Warden and First Aider (where trained)
- Identify and support improvements to processes and efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and hauliers
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organisational and computer skills (Merlin system desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
- FLT licence desirable
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Proactive, hands-on and reliable approach
