Sales Assistant (Keyholder) – Boutique Fashion & Jewellery
This is a part time summer placement role through commencing 27th July and ending 23 August 2026.

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant (Keyholder) to join our boutique team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales through upselling and personalised service, and building loyal customer relationships. It’s perfect for someone ambitious, energetic, and ready to grow within a fashion-forward brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the jewellery kiosk as a Keyholder, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing advice on fashion and jewellery products
- Build strong in-store relationships to encourage repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions accurately via POS (full training provided), handling cash and card payments
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays in line with brand standards
- Organise and manage stock levels and replenishment
- Ensure the boutique remains clean, organised, and inviting at all times
- Support the team with organisational tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience necessary - you must demonstrate confidence, a commercial mindset, ability to achieve sales KPI's and strong communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous
- Confident, chatty, and personable
- Target-driven and motivated by sales performance
- Reliable, responsible, and professional (keyholder duties require accountability)

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
