Role Purpose:
As a Project Support Worker, you will encourage and enable neurodiverse individuals to participate in a wide range of activities, supporting their personal goals and promoting independence. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and flexibility to help clients engage, learn, and thrive in safe and inclusive environments. This role will be particularly suitable for individuals who have creative passions and would like to share them with others.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support individuals to access and enjoy a variety of activities, from creative arts to sports, community projects, and independent living skills.
· Encourage and motivate clients to try new experiences, build confidence, and achieve personal goals.
· Provide respectful and dignified support, including personal care when required.
· Administer medication and respond appropriately to any medical or health concerns.
· Respond calmly and effectively to support clients who follow a positive behaviour support plan following training and guidance.
· Work both independently (lone working) with small groups or collaboratively in larger team settings to deliver planned sessions and engaging activities to our clients.
· Travel to and between project sites across Stockport as required.
· Occasionally, you may be required to travel to our projects outside Stockport.
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and paperwork, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are understood and supported.
· Deliver excellent customer service in line with Pure Innovations’ values.
· To undertake and contribute to appropriate training.
· To participate in conferences, courses and training events as required.
· To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and service developments and to adhere to all appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.

· Reliability, patience, and a respectful approach to all individuals.
Desirable:
· Experience of working with neurodiverse individuals or in a support role.
· Understanding of safeguarding and equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
· Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
