Role overview:
As the Field Installations Manager for Easy Bathrooms, you will oversee regional installation services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will drive sales performance, optimize resource allocation, and streamline operations. Reporting directly to the Divisional Installations Operations Manager, you will provide regular updates on performance and project progress. Your leadership will enhance service delivery and contribute to the regional growth of Easy Bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø The development both in terms of sales and operational effectiveness of the installation service offer in your allocated region
Ø Customer satisfaction
Ø Recruitment, retention and development of the installation resource for Easy Bathrooms
Ø Installation services within the South/ Midlands Region
Ø Engage with store-based colleagues to provide training and facilitate installation sales.
Ø Operate a robust and effective recruitment process that delivers a best-in-class database of 3rd party installation companies
Ø Manage the allocation of projects to best utilise the installation database giving the best possible match of individual customer requirements with installer skill set lead times and service levels
Ø Manage all project stages, in progress to closure, reactive to warranty issues to reduce cost and improve profitability whilst service is the primary goal meeting KPI’s & SLA’s
Ø Communicate with 3rd party installers to increase their engagement
Ø Source 3rd party installers to build a best-in-class database of installation companies
Ø Manage a continuous improvement strategy that improves the skills and
knowledge of existing and new installation companies to reduce customer issues, improve service and reduce cost of failure
Ø React and resolve high level issues, working towards proactively reducing future customers
Region sizes can vary, and daily travel is expected, overnight accommodation is not warranted within a region and would be an exception.

Ø Bathroom Installation Services
Ø Managing installation teams & knowledge of current legislation & requirements of managing contractors
Ø Commercial acumen

Ø Excellent organisational skills
Ø Minimum GCSE Math and English
Ø Full UK driving license
Ø Management and leadership
Ø Managing customer relationships, including conflict resolution

Ø Personal drive
Ø Strong technical background in bathroom installations or similar
Ø Risk Analysis
DESIRED
Ø Knowledge of CPP (CDM) rules and regulations
Ø Knowledge of the Water Supply (fittings) regulations 1999 and Water byelaws
Ø Scotland 2014 desired but not essential
Ø Knowledge of BS7671 Electrical Wiring 18th Edition
Ø BTEC level qualification or relevant experience considered
Ø FHIO knowledge
Ø How to install bathroom products - Tiling & plumbing etc
Ø Sales and sales-based training experience ● Strong leadership ability, proven leader of 3rd party installation companies.
Ø Good presenting and influencing skills, able to influence at Regional Manager level.
Ø Strong recruitment of 3rd Party installers experience
Ø Proven customer centric operational and sales ability
