Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
- Ensure residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Promote residents' privacy, dignity, independence, and choice
- Support a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and colleagues
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with residents and staff
- Represent the home professionally when interacting with relatives and visitors
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within an elderly care home environment is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
