ICare Group is currently recruiting Home Care Assistants (Drivers) to support clients in their own homes across the community.
£250 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)
Mileage paid + travel costs covered

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your duties will include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting daily routines (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out wellbeing checks
- Working in line with care plans and company standards
- Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle (required)
- Kind, reliable and caring nature
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
- Previous care experience is helpful, but full training is provided
