We’re hiring a Sous Chef at Coco’s!
Coco’s is looking for a full-time, permanent Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will join the Head Chef for our Brunch, Small Plates and Sunday Lunch services.
- Mostly daytime shifts, with just two evenings per week, Friday and Saturday (Christmas Season may include a little more).
- Perfect for a Chef de Partie ready to step up or a Sous Chef seeking better hours.
- Fresh produce, supportive team, and the chance to contribute your ideas to our menu.
Must haves:
- Current Food Hygiene Certificates and strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Creativity to consistently contribute ideas towards our menus.
- A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Proven experience, strong cooking techniques, consistent quality and a keen eye for detail.
