Community Care Workers – Derby
BWA Health & Care Services Ltd (BlayCare) has been proudly supporting the Derby community for nearly 20 years. We are now looking to expand our dedicated team of Community Care and Support Workers.

About the role: You will provide high-quality care and support to complex clients helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Please note: We are unable to offer overseas sponsorship for this role.
Duties include:
- personal care, toileting, showering/bathing, support with physical activities, assist with eating and drinking, helping with medication, light meal preparation, Travelling to different clients homes on a rota.

Typical Duties may include:
- Provide client centred care
- Personal care, grooming & dressing
- Support complex care needs
- Prepare meals
- Light household chores
- Promote the self-esteem, happiness and emotional health of clients
- Reading, writing, carry out directions & report concerns
- Charting and taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Maintaining patient’s health equipment
- Transporting client to appointments/shopping
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

Pay: £12.82-£13.56 per hour
